Staying competitive is important to us at Action Properties. The rates are as follows:
- Leasing: 50% of first months rent
- Management Services: 6% of monthly rent (with a minimum $75.00)
- All repair charges come with original bills documentation-no work mark up or service fees added
- Action Properties also performs periodic walk-thru evaluations
- Drive by inspection
